Ashlee Gutierrez leads the overall strategy and leadership for the Mission Advancement team. Her role includes managing board relations, overseeing campaigns, and fostering key relationships with top donors. With a focus on designing systems that balance efficiency and humanity, Ashlee has a proven track record of driving transformational change and creating high-performing systems that align with organizational values. Before CRDLS, Ashlee served as the DEI Program Director for SRVUSD, Founding Principal at Caliber Schools, and a classroom teacher including a few years of service right across the street at St. Liz!Ashlee is passionate about mission-driven organizations and believes in creating a culture where people feel empowered and valued.

Natalia Chavarria supports the Mission Advancement team at CRDLS with fundraising, communications, and donor stewardship, sustaining the philanthropy. Before joining Mission Advancement, Natalia worked in admissions at CRDLS, where she built strong, meaningful relationships with students and families. She then transitioned into the Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP), where she supported and mentored students as they navigated their academic and professional journeys. Natalia’s personal mission is to uplift her community and celebrate the diversity that defines it. She is passionate about empowering youth through mentorship, fostering authentic relationships, and creating spaces where student voices, stories, and experiences are valued and amplified.
