Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School

Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School is one of 39 Cristo Rey Network schools operating across the country and features a college preparatory personalized education combined with a robust corporate work study program.

The Corporate Work Study Program empowers students to contribute to the cost of their education. Working five days per month, four students share one full-time entry-level position at a business, nonprofit, or government agency.

The school is governed and operated by the Lasallian District of San Francisco New Orleans, which is a part of the Lasallian Region of North America of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools (De La Salle Christian Brothers).  The school, located within the Diocese of Oakland, is housed on the campus of the former Saint Elizabeth High School in the Fruitvale District.

Cristo Rey De La Salle High School is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the Western Catholic Educational Association through 2022.

Cristo Rey De La Salle admits students of any race, color, national, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
