One Full-Time Role. Four Future Leaders.
Our innovative Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) allows a team of four students to share one full-time entry-level position. While they gain invaluable professional experience, your company gains a reliable, cost-effective staffing solution.
- Rotating Schedule: Students work one full day each week (Monday–Thursday) and rotate on Fridays, ensuring your office has 5-day-a-week coverage.
- Professional Training: Before their first day, every student completes an intensive “Professional Success Training” (PST) where they master soft skills, office etiquette, and essential software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Transportation & Logistics: CRDLS handles the “heavy lifting.” We provide transportation to and from your office, and the school acts as the employer of record for all payroll, taxes, and insurance.
