College Counseling

  • The College Counseling Department promotes college and career readiness through a diverse assortment of opportunities offered to our students.
    • College Counseling
      • College counseling is provided to inform students about university benefits, requirements, and financial aid. Additionally, students receive support through the whole application and enrollment process including test preparation, completing application, financial forms, and registration process.
    • Monthly College-Going Culture Seminar
      • A monthly course for our 9th and 10th-grade students to about college and learn skills that are necessary for success in a college or a university
    • College Rep Visits
      • If you are a college interested in visiting our school, please email Christian Ziraldo, cziraldo@cristoreydelasalle.org to set up an appointment.
    • College Tours
      • CRDLS students will be able to visit colleges and universities on official school trips. These will be fantastic opportunities for our students to see first-hand what the college experience will be, from visiting dorms, dining halls, to classrooms and campus libraries. 
    • PSAT
      • All sophomores will take the PSAT exam. Their scores will be used as an indicator of their progress towards college readiness and become the blueprint for their college support intervention classes.
    • Junior Seminar

  • Summer Enrichment 
    • Summer enrichment programs are one of the best ways for high school students to hone their skills and pursue their passions. By exploring areas of interest outside the classroom our students gain insights and perspective that enhance their college applications, and the confidence they need to go away to college.
