It’s Homecoming Week and the school spirit is thriving!

At Cristo Rey, we’re doing things a little differently this year—and we’re excited about it.
Across the country, Homecoming is a tradition that welcomes alumni back “home,” celebrates school pride, and strengthens community connections. But at Cristo Rey De La Salle, Homecoming is more than a tradition—it’s a reflection of our mission, our values, and the joyful, inclusive community our students deserve.
This year, we’ve reimagined what Homecoming can look like. Instead of a single event, we’re building a full week of spirit, connection, and celebration that culminates in our Homecoming Festival this Friday—an afternoon of food, games, music, and community joy.
As we start this new week, we’re reminded that motivation comes from the people around us: our students, families, alumni, and partners who show up every day with pride and purpose.
