Welcoming Steffany Dignum
Cristo Rey De La Salle High School is excited to welcome Steffany Dignum as our new Director of Business Development, bringing a wealth of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, workforce development, and community engagement to the Corporate Work Study Program.
In her new role, Steffany will build and steward relationships with businesses and organizations across the Bay Area, cultivating new corporate partnerships while strengthening existing relationships. Her work will help ensure that every CRDLS student has access to meaningful employment opportunities throughout their four years—opportunities that provide real-world professional experience while helping make a Cristo Rey education possible.
At CRDLS, every student participates in the Corporate Work Study Program, working four days each month in entry-level professional positions at companies and organizations throughout the Bay Area. The wages earned through this work go directly toward the cost of their education, while students gain valuable professional skills, workplace experience, mentorship, and networks that can serve them well beyond high school.
For Steffany, joining CRDLS brings together the work she loves most: connecting mission-driven organizations with the partners who help them thrive.
Most recently, Steffany served as Development Manager at Living Jazz, where she built the organization’s development infrastructure from the ground up, including corporate partnerships, grant development, and the creation of its first-ever quasi-endowment. Previously, she led corporate and community partnerships at The Arc San Francisco, working with major partners including AT&T, Visa, and Morrison & Foerster. She also spent more than six years at Pomeroy Recreation & Rehabilitation Center, where she developed workforce development programs serving the neurodiverse community.
Her experience building relationships across the nonprofit, corporate, and community sectors will be an important asset as CRDLS continues to expand opportunities for its students and grow its network of Corporate Work Study Program partners.
“I can’t wait to bring that experience to CRDLS and help open doors for these incredible students,” Steffany shared.
As Director of Business Development, Steffany will work closely with CRDLS leadership, the Corporate Work Study Program team, and the Bay Area business community to develop partnerships that benefit both students and employers. Through these relationships, CRDLS students have the opportunity to step into professional environments, discover new career possibilities, and build the confidence and skills needed to succeed in college and beyond.
