Today we celebrate an extraordinary achievement: 100% of the Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay Class of 2026 has graduated from high school and been accepted to four-year colleges and universities.

Our graduates have accomplished something remarkable because they are unlike any high school students you have ever met.

At Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay, students do more than complete a rigorous college-preparatory curriculum. For all four years of high school, they work one day each week in professional internships throughout the Bay Area. From organizations such as PG&E, BART, Prologis, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, and dozens of other corporate partners, our students gain real-world experience, develop professional skills, and build networks of mentors who support them on their journey to college and career success.

Their success is made possible through determination, hard work, and the support of a community that believes in their potential.

The Cristo Rey experience does not end at graduation. We make a ten-year commitment to every student—walking alongside them through four years of high school and six years beyond graduation as they navigate college, career, and life. Through our College Success Program, students receive ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure they persist, graduate, and thrive.

To the Class of 2026: You have demonstrated courage, resilience, leadership, and hope. You have excelled in the classroom, contributed in professional workplaces, and inspired everyone who has been part of your journey.

We are proud of all you have accomplished and excited for all that lies ahead.

Congratulations, Class of 2026. The future is bright because of you.
