Hey Mustangs! My name is Miss Katie O’Leary and I am a graduate student at Saint Mary’s College studying to be a school counselor and marriage & family therapist. I will be one of the interns in the Wholeness Center for this school year. I wanted to intern at Cristo Rey De La Salle because of my passion and connection to the Lasallian mission. I went to a Lasallian high school, except in Chicago. Since then, I went on to a Lasallian college, did the Lasallian Volunteers program (like Ms. Virgen, Mr. Peters, and Ms. Garcia), and now I am back at another Lasallian college! I wanted to stay involved in the Lasallian world with my internship and I love the mission and framework of Cristo Rey De La Salle. I am looking forward to meeting all of the students and being another source of support as we navigate distance learning.
