Mr. Michael Cody joins Cristo Rey De La Salle as the Social Studies Teacher with 7 years of experience in Catholic education. After graduating from the University of California Davis with a B.A. in Psychology and History, Mr. Cody began his teaching career in his hometown of San Jose at Sacred Heart Nativity Schools. During his years as a History and Language Arts teacher at SHNS, he also served as the Dean of Students and the Athletic Director. Outside of teaching, Mr. Cody is an avid soccer player and hiker. You can often find him cheering on his favorite sports teams or exploring hiking trails throughout the Bay Area.
