Director of Development, Community Relationships

Fr. Andres is originally from Caracas, Venezuela, and has had an extensive educational journey while achieving several degrees in Religious Sciences, Liberal Arts-Humanities, Philosophy, and Theology. He most recently completed the Clinical Pastoral Residency Program at UCSF during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Before becoming a Catholic priest, he lived and did missionary work throughout the United States and in many countries, including Brazil, Mexico, and Venezuela. A native of South America, Fr. Andres is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Fr. Andres brings to Cristo Rey De La Salle East Bay High School more than 15 years of fundraising experience in different capacities for nonprofits, schools, churches, and ecclesial entities. He joins CRDLS as a major gifts development officer. Passionate about the model and mission of the school, Fr. Andres is eager to serve our students by creating stronger partnerships and relationships with our benefactors that will offer students the opportunities they deserve.
