The students of Cristo Rey participated in our first Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. prayer service on January 21, 2020. Students read excerpts from Dr. King’s famous “I have a dream speech,” and Ashanti Branch, Founder & Executive Director of Ever Forward, delivered a powerful message about love and how we should all seize the day by making an intentional effort to show and share love with those who are near and dear to us.
